TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE – BUDSKING

These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of products on the BudsKing website. By placing an order, the customer agrees to be bound by these Terms.

Hereafter referred to as “the Seller”.

2. ELIGIBILITY

Customers must be at least 18 years old to place orders. By ordering, the customer confirms they meet this requirement.

3. PRODUCTS

All products are described accurately. Images are for illustration only.

Products are offered subject to availability. The Seller reserves the right to modify or discontinue products at any time without notice.

All products comply with applicable UK and European regulations at the time of sale.

4. PRICES

Prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Shipping costs are displayed before checkout.

The Seller may update prices at any time. The price charged is the one displayed at the time of order.

5. ORDER PROCESS

Placing an order constitutes acceptance of these Terms.

Customers must review their cart and confirm payment.

Once payment is completed, the order is final. A confirmation email will be sent.

The Seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in case of suspected fraud or dispute.

6. PAYMENT

Payments may be made via debit/credit card or bank transfer.

All transactions are secured using encrypted payment systems.

Products remain the property of the Seller until full payment is received.

7. DELIVERY

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days.

Delivery times are estimates only. The Seller is not liable for courier delays or customs inspections.

Customers must inspect parcels upon receipt and report any damage within 48 hours.

8. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Customers have 14 days to cancel their order after receiving goods.

Returned products must be:

• unopened

• unused

• in original packaging

• suitable for resale

Products that have been opened for hygiene reasons cannot be returned.

Refunds are processed within 14 days after receiving returned items.

9. WARRANTIES

Customers benefit from statutory warranties under applicable UK/EU consumer law.

Defective products may be replaced or refunded in accordance with legal rights.

10. LIABILITY

The Seller is liable only for direct, proven damages.

The Seller is not responsible for misuse of products.

CBD products are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease.

11. FORCE MAJEURE

The Seller is not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, supply chain failures, government actions, or technical outages.

12. CUSTOMER ACCOUNT

Customers are responsible for keeping login credentials secure.

Fraudulent or abusive accounts may be suspended or deleted.

The Seller aims to respond promptly and fairly.

14. APPLICABLE LAW

These Terms are governed by European Union law and Czech law.

Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of Czech courts unless mandatory consumer protections provide otherwise.

15. SEVERABILITY

If any clause is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain enforceable.
